Delete your easyPay account

How to permanently remove your account and personal data.

From the app (recommended)

Open the easyPay app, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your account enters a 72-hour cooling-off period, after which it is permanently deleted. You can cancel any time before then from the app or via the link in the confirmation email.

Without the app

Request deletion here — enter your account email, confirm with the code we send you, and your account is scheduled for deletion. No app or login required.

Prefer to email us? Write to [email protected] from your registered address and we'll process your request.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone and date of birth
• Your registered devices and notification tokens
• Your customers' contact details stored for receipts
• Your connected Stripe account is disconnected

What is retained, and why

We keep anonymised transaction, refund and payout records to meet financial and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations. These records no longer identify you or your customers. Stripe also retains its own records as required by law.
